Okay Alex Kingston as River Song from Doctor Who this time.  Awesome character, great story line.  She's got both the funniest and the saddest moments in the show, and I miss her quite a lot after Series 6.  I recall that her re-appearance in The Name of the Doctor was a nice surprise though.  Wish we could see more of her...
